Now available in plant form, this Sonoran Agave species produces rosettes of long tapered leaves up to 6 feet or more in diameter, each leaf a dusty bluish green color and edged in red-tipped spines. On maturity after a decade or more it will put all its energy into a single gigantic 12-15 foot spike full of yellow flowers that pollinators LOVE. Midly frost-hardy, though best grown as a subtropical in hot sunny conditions or under lights.
Available plants are seedlings approx. 2-4 inches in diameter.
