One of the many "miniature" corpse flowers, this prolific little species makes leaves usually no more than 6 inches tall and wide, comprised of 5 simple leaflets and in some cases may sport a bit of silver along the midvein. Extremely thin stalks rise up from mature tubers to produce a one to two-inch long inflorescence, an ovular hooded spathe of creamy white and maybe mildly speckled in rusty purple, with a white spadix curling out of the center. Mature tubers frequently bud off many daughter tubers, forming colonies rapidly. A rich but loose soil and dry dormancy when leaves die back are necessary.
Available tubers are daughter offshoots approx. 1/4" in length.
