The perfect tomato for this business (our mascot is a coyote after all!), this wild-origin cherry sized tomato hails from central Mexico. Plants can become monstrous when in-ground or in large pots, with chaotic branching vines that can spread many feet across or up trellises. Warm temperatures and rich soil will result in numerous clusters of tiny fruits that start out translucent white-yellow when first ripening and eventually age to an off-golden color, changing in flavor also from a slightly sweet but richly sour-tangy mix to unusually savory-sweet with background hints that may remind of vanilla, anise, or even cream sodas.
