One of the more commonly grown members of the "Spider-leaved" sundew complex, this species IMO is a little touchier than serpens. Plants can grow to over a foot tall with stems supporting leaves between 2-6 inches in length, covered base to tip in tentacles and spreding upward first before bending down with age. Plants typically remain fairly green though the lower stems and sometimes leaf tips may blush red in strong light. Flower stalks are short and bear rounded, mauve-pink blooms. Heavy feeding is needed both for plant health and good seed set to renew this obligate annual, and it likes hot, humid conditions.
Packets contain approx. 20-30 seeds each.
