A robust North American form of this species, hailing from Masachussetts and developing very short-stemmed rosettes up to about 2 inches in diameter, with paddle-shaped leaves splaying out in all directions. Plants tend to stay fairly green with pinkish tentacles but can blush red in strong lighting. Flower stalks are short and curved, sporting several small, white, self-pollinating blooms. This is a temperate plant, going dormant in winter and seeds require a cold stratification period to germinate.
Packets contain approx. 20-30 seeds each.
