The most common form of this species in cultivation, this South African native is named for the Natal region it was originally described from; this form averages between 1-2 inches in diameter when mature, with squat to slightly elongate paddle-shaped leaves forming flat rosettes. Good lighting will typically turn them olive green or yellowish with red overtones. Mature plants will produce huge stalks relative to their size sporting a number of small, delicate light pink blooms with narrow petals. These flowers usually readily self-pollinate, and plants will rapidly form dense colonies. Seeds require no special treatment.

Packets contain approx. 50+ seeds each.
