This South African plant is related to many of the other flat rosetted species but looks nothing like them, having semi-erect to erect rosettes up to 4 inches in diameter (2" tall) with slender, paddle shaped leaves that sport narrow teardrop-shaped lamina. Color usually stays fairly green, with hints of pink or red to the tentacles and leaf bases unless under extremely strong light. Flower stalks are long, wiry, and bear tiny self-pollinating pink blooms.
Available plants are between 2-4" in diameter; colony selected from is the main image.
