One of the most widely and easily grown sundews, a polyploid species that arose out of a hybridization between D. rotundifolia x spatulata. Plants develop flat rosettes averaging between 1.5-2" in diameter, with tapered petioles and a slightly broader, rounded lamina than seen in most spatulata. Good light can turn them almost solid red, though they usually remain somewhat greenish with red tentacles. Flower stalks are wiry and sport numerous small, bright pink self-pollinating blooms.
Packets contain approx. 75+ seeds each.
