Grown for appearance but can be eaten too, as a colorful addition to salads etc., this ornamental pepper cultivar is a short, stocky plant that often doesn't get more than a foot or two tall, and once mature loads itself first with light purplish star-shaped flowers that develop into slender, curving fruits that age from white (in this variant; some may start out purple) through yellow, orange, and finally bright red. The fruits have no heat, nor much strong flavor (hence typically grown ornamental), and dry with ease.
Packets (or dried fruits) contain approx. 20+ seeds.
