One of those crosses that either amazes you right off the bat, or grows on you over time. Lower pitchers are nearly cylindrical and sport very spiky-fringed wings and a green-and-maroon mottled pattern that sometimes blushes with purple over time, topped in a peristome that is wide, flat, lined with small but distinct ribs and teeth, and ages from red and black striped to almost solid deep purple and black. Upper pitchers are very strange, boxy in shape with lighter cream and red mottling occasionally blushing bronze, with the same flat peristome but now blushed bronze-red and striped with green and deep red-black. This is a known male clone.
Available plant is a rooted cutting with new growth approx. 6 inches in diameter.
