The first of the mystery orbiculata plants I selected to keep, a fairly vigorous plant with a chunky, smooth-colored presentation. Leaves are broad and papery, pitchers nearly spherical but with a distinctive hip around their middle and a slightly forward-angled neck, the entire trap usually colored a rich silky pinkish-brick red. Liable to vine rapidly once established and in warm lowland conditions.
Available plant is a rooted basal approx. 3 inches in diameter.
