This is a tough and colorful cross with all retained clones capable of producing 8 inch plus traps. This one in particular is intermediate between clones A and D, having stocky mildly hourglass shaped lowers with slender fringed wings mottled in cherry red on a blushed background; the peristome moderately broad and distinctly crenellated with stripes of several shades of yellow and red all across it; stronger lights result in higher contrast and more deeply red blushed bodies. Upper pitchers are similar but more funnel-shaped, with a paler overall hue. The sex of this clone is unknown currently.
Available plants are rooted cuttings with new growth approximately 5-8 inches in diameter.
